I am a mum of two, a practising artist, writer, and storyteller, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Sydney. Art has always been at the heart of my life, and over time my practice naturally expanded into creating the materials I couldn’t find elsewhere.

I’ve always been particular about my paints. I wanted rich, artist-grade colours with depth, honesty, and character—shades that felt alive and aligned with my values. When I couldn’t find what I was looking for in art stores, I decided to make them myself. What began as a personal pursuit grew into something I am incredibly proud of: paints created to fill the gaps I saw in other brands.

Storytelling is an important part of my practice. As a writer, I love connecting a narrative to each colour, allowing every pigment to carry its own feeling, memory, or sense of place. These stories give the colours meaning beyond the page and invite others to form their own connections through their work.

My practice is guided by a deep love for art, creativity, and organic processes. I am especially drawn to watercolour and gouache, inspired by my love of water and the way it moves, blends, and transforms pigment into something expressive and alive.

Sustainability is central to everything I do. I am passionate about using honest, organic materials and thoughtful, low-impact practices. One of the things I love most about water-based paints is that there is no wastage—rewetting is effortless, allowing the materials to be used fully and mindfully.

My children are with me every step of the way, contributing ideas, making, experimenting, and working alongside me in our art studio. Sharing this creative journey with them is one of the most meaningful parts of my practice.

At its core, my work is about creating with intention, telling stories through colour, and nurturing a creative life grounded in care, sustainability, and curiosity.
